Tunic Tower 120

Tuniq tower works fine on my maximus formula. But keep in mind, it's bigger then the noctua, and its very difficult to try attach the 8 pin power leader, or the lcd diagnostic screen while the tuniq tower is in place and inside the case, so attach them leaders before installing the cooler.

As for if it fits in your case, im afraid i cant help there as i only have experience fitting it into my own case, i have a lian-li pc-a70b and it fits in that fine.
 
I have the same cpu and mobo as you, tuniq fits fine, leave the sticker in the tuniqs backplate though, makes life a lot easier if you want to change coolers or move the tuniq to another system :)
Tuniq is also on the this week only, led version is a tad quieter than the non led imo. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-002-SB
Can't see what case you have but a tt120 needs 16cm from the mobo to case edge :)

Wow just realised I left the case out of my sig :p
Nevertheless, it's the Antex P182!
