Tuniq Tower - Controller Compatible Fan

Hi Everybody
I have inherited a Tuniq Tower 120 to use with my Xeon and it still appears to be a decent cooler. I'm just looking to replace the fan, as the old one isn't in great condition anymore.

Do you know if there is any quitet 120mm fan on the market that would have 2 cables: 2-pin & 3-pin (as on the photos), so I could use it with the controller?

The 2-pin one goes to the controller, 3-pin straight to the mobo.

Wouldn't bother personally
Just go straight to the motherboard

I'd keep it down to the minimum the most of time, but could be useful to increase when required, without resetting and changing in bios. Hence exploring topic. Thanks.

Okay, I've set it up passive for the beginning, along with two case fans. It's totally cool in idle, but I run some work and here it is under load. Is this normal to have 80C on core with 60% CPU load?
