You all forget insurance and default values. RM only covers upto a max £25 as standard. RM also doesn't guarantee delilvery unless SpecialDelivery is used. The number of folks who'd complain about late parcel arrivals (due to RM's fault) or damaged goods that aren't covered for enough to replace those items (customers fault for choosing a shipping option that isn't insured to appropriate value of the goods) which OcUK will be held accountable for and expected to replace... all adds up to make RM one of the less-recommended methods to use when you're shipping a LOT of stuff out all over the place. The company would soon end up seeing profits reduced... and labour hours going up to cover the phonecalls moaning about RM stuff not arriving on time or in satisfactory condition. You as an end-user shipping stuff about might not be so bothered, but for a company it can add up to a big headache VERY quickly.
