Just received my Tuniq Tower 120. Huge thing, still got a bit of space though.

Anyway, I booted up etc with my overclocks - 3.6Gz but the temperatures are soaring high..

Cores 1 and 2 are running at 70C
Cores 3 and 4 are running at 59C

A massive 10C difference.. what do you advise? Lapping maybe? (Ive never done it before and don't know where I would start)

This is actually on idle... Temps reach 75-80C on load, again with a 10C difference in 1 and 2, 3 and 4.

Lowered the CPU to 3.4Ghz

Core voltage: 1.34 in CPU-Z
VID is 1.2500v

Oh... I didn't think there was a curing time on AS-5 - Thought it was MX-2 that needed it.

I'll bump this topic up on Saturday (When I go on holiday) and check if there is any difference

The paste on the Heat-sink is an exact replica of what I put on the CPU... I'll fiddle around with the wires etc and see what happens. Probably something really stupid.
