Hi,

Got a tuniq tower on a gigabyte DS3. Should the stock fan in the tuniq plug onto my DS3 or directly into the psu. Also I have overclocked my E6600 in bios by raising the FSB and thats it. CPUz shows a clock speed of 3.2 Should I do anything else? My temps at this speed are about 40 idle and 60 load.

Do u think this is all ok any advice would be great.

Cheers

cheers for the replies.

If i plug the tuniq fan into the DS3 header dose the speed control unit that is supplied with tuniq made redundant ? I plugged it directly into psu via an adapter. So that is wrong

You can use the PCI bracket to control the speed while its plugged in to the motherboard. I prefer to keep it on disable in the bios for the manual speed control, coz i can keep it so its at its quietest. Ive got the same and its clocked to 3.0ghz with load temp of 52Deg.
