Tuniq Tower prob..quick answers please!!!!

Right the problem seems to be the bracket on the cooler is touching something on the mobo and as a result the system wont boot, if I remove the bracket and just sit the cooler on the CPU everything works fine, but as soon as I tighten the bracket on the system refuses to boot

The mobo is the Gigabyte DS3, any quick help or advice greatly appreciated

Make sure the screws going through the bracket are not touching the case, they were on mine and a little blue tack on each screw saved the day. Also you sure youir not tightening it too tight.
