Turbo boost broken?.

Hi me again sorry.

Any way on my other mother board which was a z77x-ud3h which broke in control panel basic info about your computer it said.

Processor: Intel Core i7-3700k CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.90GHz

On my asus H61M-k it says it as.

Processor: Intel Core i7-3700k CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50GHZ

Even though turbo boost is enabled in bios it doesn't show the 3.90GHZ in control panel.

On 1st tab under clock (Core # 0)

Core speed = jumping from 1596.19 to 3961.19
Multiplier = X39.0 ( 16 - 39)
Bus speed = 99.76MHz
Rated FSB = greyed blank.
