I am currently calming down my overclocked 1055T from 4ghz on all 6 cores @ 1.55V to 3.6 ghz at a much lower voltage with the aim of using turbo core to get to 4.2 ghz on 3 cores when gaming.
I have set it all up in the BIOS of my Sabertooth but I am having problems testing turbo core and have a few questions for anyone that has done this:
1. Does CPUZ show the changes when turbo core kicks in
2. What is the best way to test turbo core is working and is stable
3. Is there any additional software I should look at.
I have tried using prime95 but even with 1 or 2 threads on blend it just seems to stay at 3.6ghz according to both CPUZ and the motherboards AISuite. I have double checked the BIOS and turbo core is enabled and the target ghz for it is 4.2 ish and the turbo multi is 16.5.
I have flashed the motherboard with the latest BIOS release just incase.
Any advice would be appreciated - cheers
