I own a supergrafx with 32 games some of which are still unopened.
I don’t see the point in buying one of these because the games are just ports of arcade games except the odd one. The arcade ports like R-type and Vigilante etc were the best arcade conversions out of any other 8 or 16 bit machine in the home. This was back in 1987 - 1990. Worth owning back then.
2019...what’s the point when you can just play the arcade version on a multitude of machines. Rtype and vigilante etc etc may have been great conversions but nothing beats the arcade. I don’t see the point nowadays as the arcade beats all the conversions but back in 1987 nobody had arcade machines in there home so consoles like PC engine on grey import were the next best thing.
