Firsly sorry if this is a noob question but, just to check this is right.
G/f has new laptop got her to send screenshots of cpuz.
First screenshot is of vista with max performance power saving, figures are same for max battery.

Second is during installation of sims.

Now obviously cpu is going to full speed when needed, i.e during cpu intensive operations. But I though the Turion TL-58 was meant to run at 1.9GHz full speed not 1.6GHz?
In my computer and vista properties reads TL-58 1.9GHz.
Not sure if laptop has cool 'n' quiet enabled in bios or what as not here with me.
Specs are: Turion TL-58, 2gb ram ddr667 , 120gb hd, ati xpress 1150 graphics.
