Discovered Mass Drinking im currently on a calorie controlled diet and attending swim/gym sessions without going to into detail and without saying drink vodka straight i usualy get lashed once a week what can i have within reason thats going to contain the least calories?

I believe a spirit and mixer(e.g. vodka and diet coke) generally contains the least calories however I'm not sure that drinking and training really mix well if you want to take it seriously. If you just practice moderation then you should be fine. :)

Im currently on a calorie controlled diet, and i drink twice a week.

I dont count the calories from alcohol, they dont seem to affect me
I find that if your drinking a lot, most of it passes thru you so it doesnt count as much, and i always seem to stay/loose weight after a night out on the lash.

I drink cider aswell, which is apparently the worst for calories so im not sure why it doesnt affect my cutting - lost 2 and a half stone of fat in 5 months with a lot of drinking :p

Just stay away from the luring kebab shops.

They will definitely affect you good sir, and the likely reason why you lose weight is because you are severely dehydrated after a heavy night out. Furthermore just because something passes 'through you' doesn't mean it isn't delivering a significant amount of calories to your system.

Your progress is still good no doubt and congratulations, but I wonder how much of the weight truly is 'fat' when your nutritional expertise is seemingly so iffy! Alcohol will affect your cutting. :p

Vodka and Diet Coke is your best bet mate (and lots of it! :D). Don't be fooled by the low carbohydrate beers either, they still pack a calorific punch! :)
