turning computer off makes wireless devices lose internet connection.

Yep as the title says, it happens every time i turn my computer on or off (i notice it more when i turn my computer off,computer is also wired) is there anything i can do to my router to fix this problem as it can be rather frustrating as i have to turn my phone on and off everytime i notice my connection has dropped.

The last time I saw someone with this issue was because internet sharing was turned on and the devices were looking to the computer for dhcp first.

Just checked and it wasn't ticked, still stumped by this.
