Turning off account screen after .NET install

I can't remember where this is now....

After installing .NET framework it always boots Windows into the little admin screen thingy. Where do I stop it doing that again?

Select Run from the Start Menu, type control userpasswords2, and click Ok.
Turn off the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer option, and click Ok

Go to Control Panel > User Accounts

Then delete the .Net Account but keep the files.

If it's after installing .Net Framework v1.1, then you need to install the two hotfixes available from M$ to resolve the 'Welcome Screen' appearing at startup, althought it can be resolved by deleting the asp.net account in the User Accounts section in the Control Panel.

I'm guessing that account's there for a reason though, not a good idea to delete it unless you know it's not required.
