Hi guys,
I've been looking around online quite a bit to find the answer to my question and I haven't been able to find a solid answer. I don't currently have the hardware here at the moment to experiment, so I can't test and see!
My question is, with the LucidLogix software in i-mode, which enables the integrated Intel graphics processor to take over when browsing and doing other non-intensive tasks, is it possible to get the discrete GPU (a GTX 770 in my case) to be shut off completely, including the fan?
Most of the reviews and questions are about d-mode, which increases graphical performance, and that isn't really doing what I'd like it to do - I'm going for the quieter approach.
Thanks guys.
