turning off speedstep

watching cpu-z it appears my CPU speed changes, ive had a quick mosy round the bios but cant see anything.
Googling seems to say speedstep is a notebook thing....
so yeah, how do i turn it off

Turn C1E off.

and EIST. but leaving it on is often the best approach, it'll max up on demand, and save power and lower temps when not needed.
