Turning on AA for UT3 with 2900XT and Vista?

Hi all I'm trying to get some AA in UT3. I have tried forcing on Anti aliasing in catalyst control center but it does not seem to work. I have an ATI 2900XT and Vista 64bit so I’m fully set up for DX10.

What am I doing wrong?

Does the Unreal Engine even allow for AA to be used? I know some engines do not like it (STALKER for example). I can't remember if UE3 is one of these.

UE3 doesn't support AA. I don't think it can be forced, not with ATI cards anyway.

With nvidia you can just force it on with the control panel. Not sure about on an ATI card though. Try forcing it in the CCC. If that doesn't work, rename the EXE to something else while forcing AA on in the CCC.

NVIDIA you can force it

ATi you can't.

How come GoW supports it natively then if you run it in dx10?

You can force it by renaming the .exe in other games like Bioshock, dx9 or 10.
