Anyone else getting this game??:, i just had an email saying that my copy has been shipped. I downloaded the demo last month and it definitely appealed to me...quite liked it actually although it was only a demo.

Just hope its as good as the demo was, was a bit disappointed with Army of Two but at least i have another game to keep me tied over till Condemned 2 and Rainbow 6 Las Vegas 2 comes out.
 
I hated the demo, but I'm actually thinking twice about getting it now - Ive only played one World war shooter and that was Cod3 so I'm not sick of them in the slightest.

I really like the concept, Nazis in America etc and what could have happened if churchill died. I can also say Ive been watching a video walkthrough of the whole game on youtube and it certainly seems to get better further in.
 
LOL ok fair enough, i guess im the only one who will be getting it then. I didnt think the demo was that bad, in fact it was much better than some of the other tripe ive picked up in the past and that was going by the demos.

Oh well, as i said at least it will keep me busy till the big games come out.
 
Demo is meant to sell the game. Demo was one of the worst demo's I'd seen since Juiced 2.

I agree HOWEVER.... I played the demo again earlier and the graphics were really REALLY bad - as I remember them but after watching this pc runthrough, it seems as though they have been improved since the demo. Is this possible? The demo did come out a month or two before the release, infact wasnt it just released a few days ago over here?

After watching the whole run through of the game, the story actually seems pretty decent - the ending was alright too but very short (which I don't like). From watching it - I wouldn't say it was as bad as everyone seems to be making it out to be. I still think its a really awesome concept for the game though, its never been done before but it could have been done a lot better. I can only imagine what it would have been like if the COD series made it! :o
 
I'll wait for the reviews as like most, I found the demo quite dire.
I like the concept of the game but it will need a massive improvement over the demo before I even consider buying it.

Hehe nope....well most of the games on my list ive already played and traded in.

Dunno i thought the gfx were pretty good from the demo...:o. Oh well guess im on my own then:p. If its crap its crap, im hoping that it will be better than some of the other games ive had the misfortune of playing:p.

5/10??...hmmm interesting lol.

Oh well ill let you all know what i think when i get the game....if u dont hear from me then you can guess that its embarrasingly bad lol.

And i take it you have played the said game to make such a decision have you??...seriously whats the problem if someone wants to buy this game??. Christ i could rip quite a few games out there that i have seen people buy but i dont because the simple fact of the matter is people have a choice in what games they play and dont play.

Seriously the amount of idiotic trolls in this place makes me despair at times. Whats the saying that goes in this place...oh yes if you havent got anything worthwhilee saying then kindly STFU...

According to Codemasters (think they're the devs?) the demo was a very early build and the full game obviously won't be like that. However the demo just screamed 'yet another generic fps' to me.
