Heh...made ya look ;)

Really though, what are the best / favourite vegetables to eat (Not Fruit - mustn't have the sugar), and why?

I need to change my lunch with more good-stuff, less bread & cheese & crips and stuff. Gota something healthy and cut down on sugar, so no extra fruit and ditch the carbs in place of veg.
 
Are you doing low carb as well as extremely low sugar?
What you trying to achieve?
Are you eating potatoes or other high carb veg?

My Consultant says a low GI - High Quality protein lifestyle change; thats what I'm trying to acheive.

Protein is the easy part :cool:
