Turns on, but no bios screen ect

Hello

My mate has tried building himself a pc and is having some problems, I have got it back at mine and hooked it up, the pc turns on, the cpu fan spins up, gfx card, the psu fan does not. I do not get any beeps, and no bios screen or anything, monitor just says no signal.

Psu is a evga 450 bt
Mobo asrock h310m
Cpu i3 something
Gfx 1050 ti

Any ideas?

It's OK guys, I am a noob, less learnt rushing around after work lol, I have plugged the video cable into the monitor now :p and all is fine

Bwahahaha. I think we've all done similar at some point... :) My best was wondering why my bios couln't see any of the hard drives. I scratch my head for a while, then see the modular PSU cable with all the SATA connectors sat on the desk.

was this a typeo - psu fan does not.
 
lol, replied asking just secs before you posted. I have poked about on Google and looks like they have an eco mode, and won't come on until underload/hot
