Turtle Beach Earforce DSS 2 Question

Quick question , i am using at the moment the Turtle Beach Earforce Processing unit , has any body upgraded to the Turtle Beach Earforce DSS 2 Processing unit for playstation 3

If so is it worth the upgrade ?

The spec sheet doesn't look much different to the original DSS, from what I can see.
