Can anyone recommend a good set?

My son has out a pair on his Christmas list

but I don't know which ones to get as there are so many options.

I am looking to spend upto £75 and would prefer a wired connection.

Can anyone give suggestions? Cheers

I have th P11's and altho not the best spec they work perfectly for me.
they are comfortable and the mic works well.
I have heard things with them on that i havnt heard without them. also i can't hear the kids on the ipad so double win

I have the X12 set form when i played on Xbox. Still performs well after two years. never had a problem with them. They were £45 when I got them, not too sure on the price now.

X12's are still probably the best wired TB headset available for the 360, or if you want a set that can be used on both 360 and ps3 you could try the PX22.

You could consider adding a DSS/DSS2 with the X12 so it uses the optical out and adds virtual surround sound (or buy it as a package, listed as the DX12), should still be within budget but it depends if the sellers have stock.
