Hey guys,
I have a pair of turtle beach xp500s which I have been using on my Xbox 360 pretty good headphones I use them with the optical out on the Xbox my question is this.
I'm in the process of gathering parts for a gaming rig and look at mobos such as the g1 sniper or msi gd65 the manufactures have gone to the trouble of adding fancy amplifiers or gold connections to the sound card part of the board but won't all this be wasted if I am using the optical out? Also does anyone have any experience of using these headphones with thier PC and what do they think of them?
I quite like them expect they eat batteries especially when using the Bluetooth.
