tutorial for putting video on webpage

hi all, has anyone seen a good tutorial for putting/embedding a video into a webpage, maybe using something like flash.
im new to webpage building and flash so any help appreciated

Just had a quick look at your site, and all the text on the left is white on a white background so you can't read it , this is with firefox by the way
