TV aerial connectors advice?

Hi,

I have just moved into a new flat and there is a plate on the wall with a number of connections on it which I'm told goes to communal aerials. I have a Panasonic Viera 42" LED and the aerial lead has a male connector at one end and a male at the other end (which plugs into the back of the TV). The wall plate connector marked TV is a male type so I can't connect to it with the cable.

Do I need an adapter or a different cable? It's a smart TV with built in Freeview and I don't have Sky or anything, I just want to pick up the Freeview channels and I can use Netflix and Amazon Video through my broadband.

Sorted guys, thanks. Went to B&Q this afternoon and got the correct aerial lead. Freeview working well now. Ta.
