I currently have a 720p LOGIK tv as my monitor and im having some resolution issue, my tv border (bezel?) is a bit wide and when i set the tv to 720p the icons go into the border of the tv and i can just about click the windows icon so currently everything in using is atbresolution 1164x768? I think so that the picture fits the monitor, a friend of the families with 20 years in the pc game said he hadn't come across this issue before because most people use monitors, but a newer tv might adjust the picture properly, or smaller bezel would fit the picture?

and is a 1080p tv backwards comparable?

should a tv like this sort my resolution issue out:

many thanks in advance

Yes I would imagine that a new TV like that one would sort out your issue, but so would setting up the resolution correctly. I'm not sure about the AMD drivers but the Nvidia ones allow you to set custom resolutions, so you should be able to use a true 720p resolution or set one up to use the screen correctly.

Thanks, when i installed the nvidia driver it went to the 720p resolution were it was over the bezels, so i think tvs the best option? And the tv is 100hz is that good? I know people say monitors about ms response times on monitors? :)
