TV box advice

I am looking for a TV box to use on my old non smart TV. The main functions I am looking for is the ability to use iPlayer, all4 etc, play media files off a USB stick and probably kodi too. Will one of those android boxes you can get for £30~ work (S902) or are there better alternatives?

I would like USB connectivity, as my PC/laptop is not always on.

Or should I get a raspberry pi??
