TV card for laptop

Hi Lads could anyone recommend a card for watching freeview,on my laptop,
any ideas? is a budget of £40 enough??

well I have MSI MegaSky 580 PC-TV USB Digital TV Mini Receiver HDTV Ready which can be found at about £20, its USB and its fantastic to be honest with you... google it to find it
