tv card help for media centre

Hi,

Im sorry if this has already been posted.
I fancy building a media centre, for my new LCD tv. At the moment i have sky plus, is it possible to hook up sky to a media centre so that i still have all the same options as sky plus, but without the sky plus box?

I'd like to know this aswell. I have read that mce can work with a set top box, but i've no idea how.

Personally i don't think it will work. You could get a satelite card but you couldn't get sky from it, only the free channels.
I wish someone would make a sky card for mce.

I should point you in the direction of avforums, if you can't get help here. I'm considering posting a few questions there myself.

I will check out avforums. If it's the case that you cant watch sky through mce i wont be building one. :mad:

had a look at avforums, it seems very complicated. I wonder if cable is easier?
