tv card recommend

hi guys, so many to choose from! i see ocuk is stocking compro now over happuciate (cant spell it) wondering if you could recommend me a card.

I want to be able to pause live tv using windows 7 media center, is built in freeview possible?

i dont mind weather it be pci or pcie

any help or info shed some light on this subject for me!

also, whats the difference between these. they both let me watch live tv while recording another channel and both lemme pause live tv... so why is one nearly double the price? (i already know one is pci and one is pcie)
