TV card spec please

I'd like a TV card for Windows MCE with the following features:

digital and analogue tuners with a good remote control

DAB radio, can this be on the same card or separate?

can the remote control windows instead of a mouse?
can the remote control change telewest cable channels?

Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1100 Freeview TV Tuner (GX-025-HA)

Think this might fit the bill. People seem to have good things to say about HVR cards.

I asked the nice people on the overclockers sales line and ordered a WinFast DTV2000 H.

Its cheap and I'm concerned that if I'd spent a little more I'd get some key feature...

does that mean it will pick up freeview channels or would you have to connecnt a freeview box to it aswell? and what about sky?
