TV Card to be used with Antec Veris Multimedia Station Elite

I'm looking at getting a TV card and ideally I'd like it to work alongside my Antec Veris Multimedia Station Elite. Will this work or not? Also is there a TV card with freeview decoder built in to it?

Any help or tips greatly appreciated!

Basically I mean to use the remote that comes with the Antec Veris, rather than have 2 remotes!

Does having the DVB-T mean I still have to get a freeview set top box or can I just plug the aerial straight in to the card and start watching?
