TV card wanted to capture SKY

I want a tv card, external with built in mpeg encoder, to capture SKy television.

I was looking at the following product, but it looks like its only for capture. I also want to watch in real-time.

I use a WinTV USB for capturing and watching live on the PC. You want to get one with USB2 standard though to benefit from the higher bandwidth it can push through.

The quality I get via USB1 isn't really as good as I hoped.
