TV Cards, Digital, Dual Tuner

I was wondering if there are any TV cards out there that are dual tuning but also have digital capabilities or digital dual tuners? Just so I can watch something and record something else... I know there are ones available for analogue TV, but I would really prefer to have the option of the digital channels too.

The early drivers were terrible, use either 250 or 255 not 243.
Unlike a pair of PCI tuners it can record two channels without disruption.
