hi all

recently been looking to get a TV card for the old girl. I've just found a freeview box that i bought a few years back. If i buy a normal tv card, can i just connect the freeview box up to it as I would normally to a TV?

Also ....does anyone know how Vista reacts to tv cards?

you might as well get a USB TV card with free view as you will get a better quality picture you can get them for £20.
but if you do go with a TV card and a free view box it should work OK
but the price of digital free view cards are so cheap now I have a usb free view and it works just fine on XP, vista, 64bit drivers

cheers

Mine worked great through Windows Media Center (Nebula DigiTV PCI card w/ Freeview).

I have a Nebula PCI card and the "Latest" Vista Drivers from their webby are terrible :(

Using the BDA drivers, the regular PCI drivers never worked for me at all, but the BDA ones are spot on. Also, v1.111 is the ones I used.
