TV flicker over HDMI

Hi, I've got my main monitor but say I want to watch a film over HDMI on my tv, I can't. It works as it should be flickers on/off every 2 minutes.

Any tips for this type of configuration?

Probably the refresh rate... Will be sitting at 30Hz no doubt... happens sometimes.

Up it to 60 and you should be fine. Either in the AMD/Nvidia control panel or in Windows.
