Hi
I currently have a samsung 22" full hd in my bedroom
But a recent move in property and bedroom layout i would like a new tv
Cant go up to 32", so im looking at between 24" and 28" but they seem hard to find especially a full hd tv
Can anyone recommend one?

I guess you must have eagle eye vision then. No way you'd tell the difference between 720p and 1080p on a 22" monitor, from usual distance from bed to TV if TV is opposite wall.

Who said anything about from a bed? Mine's next to my desk in the office, with a viewing distance of three feet. 1080p/720p is easily distinguishable at that distance. At about 5 feet or more you'd see no benefit, granted.

I dont use the tv for freeview but do have an amazon fire tv and my nintendo switch plugged into it

Any reason a gaming monitor with speakers and hdmi couldnt be used? Apart from having no tv remote obviously?

Just market forces - very few people want these resolution/size permutations so they don't make them.

You'd need to be within 5-6 feet of a 43" screen to gain any difference between 1080p and 4K and, whilst you may be, very few people will generally so there's no point (beyond marketing appealing to the "4K's better innit" gumby crowd)

yup parents have a 1024x768 (720p) 42" Panasonic plasma and it looks fantastic, playing 720p movies look great. Plus the sources are 720p and freeview HD. Not Bluray or 4K Bluray.

1080p is useless for 22" unless it's PC monitor and usual PC monitor distance from your eyes. If it's wall mounted, on opposite end of the room, opposite the bed headboard then it's totally pointless having 1080p.

can you not fit a 32" where you want to put your TV?

remember modern tvs have very slim bezels
