TV Licence dilemna

my license come out my bank 2months ago and i didnt realise, im sure i never give them my bank details, only card details, and my card expired 1month before they nabbed my money.. ! sods!
Guna ring up and get cash back, never watch the tv really, most of time i miss progs and download them. Maybes ill watch the odd thing on fri night, or sat, but the only things id watch on BBC are jonny ross or motd, and i always miss both nowadays... and the rest of my viewing is C4 or virgin.. who get my ad revenue.
