TV not displaying 1080

I have my TV in sig connected to a PC via DVI-HDMI.

I recently performed a re-install of windows on this machine and it will no longer display 1080 (TV comes up with signal not supported), but will do 720.

It was able to do this before - I don't know what's changed, any ideas?

Latest drivers are being used.

It was something I remembered from when I first set it up...

It was to untick the 'Reduce DVI frequency on high-resolution displays' box in the ATi CCP
