TV Overscan

I have my HTPC connected up to my TV at 1080p but it's a few millimeter off on the top and I think it is due to overscan (Catalyst Control Center 14.4), how do I fix my issue so everything fits on the screen?

I tried that, moving it backwards makes black bars appear and moving it forward makes everything zoomed in

Thanks, that solved my problem!

I have a Samsung TV and it was on 16:9 screen mode, I then changed it to screen fit and moved the overscan slider to 0% and now everything fits!

Going to check other devices that is connected via HDMI to see if it's set at 16:9 or screen fit
