TV Programme Help

Can anyone recall a TV programme, I think on satellite, where an Indian guy made sports cars from scrap / crap cars and parts, and shaped them with bits of fibreglass etc?

Can you recall what it was called?

Yes, it was on TV and he turned battered old Fiats into sports cars. He sourced all his stuff from the slums, including an old man who created him a new headgasket overnight
