I'll start...

Mrs Brown's Boys , used to find it really funny but i've not bothered with the last few as it's just the same thing over and over again.

Casualty, it's turned into a soap with a bit of drama as backdrop as opposed to the drama series it was in the early 90s. The Bill went a similar way, used to be sharp focussed 25min episodes about nicking villains, then they made it an hour long with far too much focus on the individual characters.
The Russ Abbott show, I used to think it was hilarious as a youngster but a lot of it is very obvious or cringey.

Doctor Who.

Started watching towards the end of Jon Pertwee, have seen every single episode since until the end of Jodie's first series. The writing, acting and show direction has gone so bad that it's unwatchable. I will try again when RTD takes over.

Vikings...up until a pivotal point in S4, it was well written and engaging, it then descends into what feels like a parody of itself with over acting and poor characters decisions from that point on. I'm 3 episodes into S6 and have been for months, trying to power through and finish off with fond memories of how good it was at the start.

I stopped at the end of season 4. Basically when Ragnar died I didn't care anymore.

Don't waste your time.

I didn't :D It still sits there on my 'continue watching' on prime and will for some time I imagine unless I get very, VERY bored.

I stupidly saw it through to the end, great TV that just died, that whole Floki story-line was an utter disaster, I think it sunk the show just as much as anything else.

I did go onto The Last Kingdom after I gave up with Vikings as folk were raving about it, managed to about halfway through S2, it was barely as good as the later Vikings seasons.
