TV receiver options?

I have had Sky Q for a few years but I have cancelled it as I resent paying for very little. They want the box back.

I have the Sky dish but no roof top (or loft) antenna.

My TV is a smart TV. I have excellent broadband.

What are my options for receiving TV via the dish? Recording would be great.

Is there a way to use the TV freeview with the satellite dish instead of an aerial? i.e. not need to buy a Humax or Freesat box? Appreciate I can’t record this way.
