Which room has the better layout 1 or 2?

https://imgur.com/a/tfjOCxg

The two squares are armrest's and I know im odd but a use a bean bag mainly lol

The big issue with room 1 is that the tv cant be placed against the window as there is a heater and placing the tv opposite the window will have glare from the sun which i do like the curtain open during the day.

Its about 7-8 feet from the chairs to the tv, left to right has too much of a distance so thats not worth it.

The big plus is that i have more room for a speaker setup.

With room 2 i have no issue with glare and the distance is shorter, about 4-5 feet. I will only have room for a soundbar and sub.

Some abvice will be great, im not good at explaining things

Is there any reason why you can't put the TV on the Wall where there "room 1" txt box is ?

It’s a rented flat, the owner said he does not mind that i put holes in the wall if I plan to stay long but I really don't feel comfortable in putting to many holes in someone’s property.

This is was my layout, but the distance of the arm chairs was about 10 feet not sure if thats to much

I measured the room to give a more accurate layout of the rooms. Which one has the best layout of the three?

The biggest room I have and the only layout I can have in this one. I heard its best to avoid putting TV's by the windows that face west due to having the sun reflect onto the screen and causing all sorts of issues, this I think best avoids the sun . I cant setup the tv left to right as I find the distance to great for me.

And then I have to small room I have. One plus of this room there is no light in this one as the windows faces a building on the opposite side.

Setup one. Which its at now.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
