Hi all.
I want to connect my 4K TV to my PC but not via the Graphics cards (GTX 960) HDMI slot (VR Headset) unless I can add another HDMI connection to my PC.
My TV (LG 55UG870V) has 3 HDMI slots but no displayport while my GPU has 3 displayports and 1 HDMI.
I have seen here and elsewhere adaptors for 4k Display Port to HDMI e.g https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ocuk-value-display-port-to-hdmi-active-adaptor-4k-cb-143-ok.html but do they work? Do they keep a constant 4k image at all times.
Price isn't a problem, I just want a solid 4k connection from my TV to PC whether that's by adding another HDMI socket or using an adaptor.
Can anyone here with more knowledge than me offer some advice?
Thank you.
