I've just got a Pinnacle tv card and the software is rubbish, it's too slow.

What alternatives are there?

I'd like to use the nebula software but they want £30 to use a tuner that isn't made by them.

Yep mine is digital, dual tuner.

I've tried all the ones mentioned here and a couple of others and can't find anything decent.

The nebula software is by far the best and I had almost decided to pay the £30 so I can use it with the Pinnacle card but after a quick test (they give you a free 2 min test) it won't pick up all the channels whereas the pinnacle software does.

With my nebula card the nebula digitv picks up every channel fine!

Blaze DTV is pretty good with my compro t200 card. Not as fast at channel searching, but it supports hardware deinterlacing (avivo/purevideo) so looks a lot better then the stock compro software output.

nerovision looks nice too (hardware deinterlacing) , but isnt very compatable with the card. I quite like vista mediacentre with powerdvd decoder (again hardware deinterlacing with avivo) but hard to navigate without compataible remote.
