TV versity problem

I've installed TV versity to stream movies and photo's etc. But for some reason it just contantly buffers/lags.... anybody know a way how to fix this?

To the PS3... it worked well but at the start but now its gone terrible!

Ditch TVersity unless you really need it for internet RSS streaming (that's all it's really good for). Install PS3 Media Server instead.
