TV wall mounting - Oxfordshire

I'm looking to wall mount my new Samsung UE55MUK7000 but I'd much rather pay someone to do it properly than balls it up myself.

Can anyone recommend a decent AV installer in the Oxfordshire area? I'm hoping to get something done with the cables too, either hidden or with trunking.

local electrician or builder perhaps? not too sure you need an av installer to mount a TV.

Just go on mybuilder or similar and find a handyman.

Most TV brackets have 6 bolts used to fit them to the wall, depending on what kind of wall it is.

Knock on the wall to see if it's hollow or solid brick, then judge what type of fixings you need. I'm no DIY expert but had no problems fitting the 4 vesa brackets in our house.

To be fair, bit of an arseache if it's plasterboard and I wouldn't fancy hanging a heavy tv off the plasterboard itself without catching the studs. Then need a stud finder etc

Easier if the boards are mounted to breeze blocks behind.

I used a guy called Flat Pack Stanley (https://www.facebook.com/FlatpackStanley/ don't worry about his lack of reviews, he's only just set the page up. He's on MyBuilder too) as he was recommended by a lot of people who got TV's wall mounted in the new estate. He charged £40 for the job and it was brilliant. Crazy how professional he was in terms of set up, had loads of laser tools all set up round the room to make sure it was all level, had all these sensors for wires etc and finding the studs. Was surprised given what he said he'd charge, I was worried he would cut corners but it was well worth it

He covers most of Oxfordshire I think, so will be worth giving him a message
