I wanna make sloppy joe's for dinner 1 day but my fiancee is vegetarian, would Soya or Quorn be better?
Theres some recipes which use mushroom or paneer instead of meat, but that would be disgusting as a burger. We already use paneer in fajita wraps, curries, etc. So im looking to broaden my vegetarian horizons. Dont think ill ever give up meat, need the protein too much for bodybuilding, but i have started eating 10 times the veg i used to.
