"twisted" cupboard door?

Hi all,

I wanted to tap the collective experience as I'm at my wits end. The cupboard has two doors.

We purchased a tall larder cupboard as part of our kitchen build. Inside the cupboard we installed a tandem pull out shelving unit.

The issue I have is that the top door seems twisted.If you push it closed and let go it springs back by about 10 mm at the bottom and top If you then push the bottom closed and hold it closed the top still sticks out about 5mm.

When I say top/bottom this is the top and bottom of the door on the opposite side of the hinges.

I've tried adjusting the door via the hinges pull the door in to try and get it to a) stay closed and b) pull the top in fully when closed but I can't seem to adjust it enough to give the door enough of a pull inwards to resolve the issue I have.

I was thinking that the hinges aren't heavy duty enough as the door + the weight of the pull out shelves might be causing the issue.

Plan B is to replace the door to confirm if it's twisted. I have a spare but before I do that I wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. I'll look to replace the hinges too if the replacement door doesn't work.

You've checked that the cabinet is absolutely square?

I'd remove the door and lay it down on something you know is flat.

As with all these threads pictures are really helpful.

We did have an issue with the cabinet initially because both the wall and the floor are far from flat. It took a while to get it all square but we are there now hence why I think the door isn't right.
