Twitch alternatives?

Having just read this:

Elder Scrolls Online is NOT cleared for broadcasting as it is still in Closed Beta. Such broadcasts are subject to DMCA suspension of your Twitch account.

DMCA for gameplay footage? ROFL, LOL. That is just the sort of thing the DMCA exists for right?

Any alternatives or are Twitch the dominant party?

You aren't allowed to stream ESO atm, any streaming site is going to shut down your account for doing it.
